The View from the Studio
There is a specific kind of quiet that only exists right at the edge of the day, when the salt air cools and the first candles are lit.
If you were to step into my workspace, you’d find a mix of the analogue and the digital: tactile journals stacked beside production templates, a camera body catching the last of the coastal light, and a workspace stripped of unnecessary noise. I live and create by the water, where the rhythm of the tides have a way of filtering out the superficial and leaving only what matters.
I don't believe in rushed content, frantic algorithms, or creative systems that strip away a person's signature style. I believe in slow, honest, and human storytelling. I care about the quiet stories hidden inside everyday moments—the ones we usually miss because we’re moving too fast to look closer.

A Cinematic Instinct, A Human Voice
My approach to digital artistry and storytelling is rooted in a desire for open-access narrative. Whether I am drafting a script, mapping out a visual storyboard, working with emerging AI video workflows, or building out collaborative creative tools, the goal remains identical: emotional weight and cinematic intimacy.
Every project I touch is viewed through a lens that values depth over speed. It’s an aesthetic born from a lifetime of observing the world’s small shifts—the way light hits a breaking wave, the texture of an old journal page, or the profound vulnerability of a single voice cutting through the dark.
But beautiful visuals mean very little without a heart behind them. My creative pulse is guided by a few core truths:
Gentleness & Honesty: Creativity should never be an elite, intimidating club. It should be a safe harbor where confidence is nurtured, not undermined
Belonging: The best stories are the ones that make a reader or viewer lean in and think, “Ah, so it’s not just me.”
Rhythm Over Friction: I build creative workflows that protect the human spirit. I prefer minimal, calm-studio aesthetics and production-ready modularity over complex, cold databases that drain the warmth out of an idea.
Partnerships in the Dark
No creator is an island, even one who lives by the sea. My personal and creative life is deeply anchored by my spouse and partner, Lyn. Together, we step away for relaxed, photography-focused exploration days, capturing the world's quiet textures. Much of my current fulfillment comes from iterating mythic, emotionally supportive worldbuilding and character development frameworks designed to empower her own creative journey through a supportive, tactile apprenticeship.
Behind the lens, behind the screen, and behind the keyboard, I am someone who values a warm, conversational, and occasionally sardonic view of the world. I enjoy poking fun at the rigid attitudes and predictable tropes of modern life, but always with a spirit of inclusivity and safety.
